Congratulations to David S. Medich, MD, FACS, FASCRS and Richard E. Redlinger Jr., MD, who were named winners of 2018 Excellence in Patient Experience Awards. This award is given to clinicians rated by their patients as top UPMC providers by specialty at or above the 95th national percentile in the provider domains (Rate the Provider, Recommend the Provider, and Provider Communication). Of the more than 7,000 physicians and advanced practice providers within UPMC, Drs. Medich and Redlinger are two of only 50 recipients of this award.
Drs. Medich and Redlinger will be honored at the 2018 Loren Roth Quality and Patient Safety Awards Reception on November 6th, 2018 at the UPMC Passavant Cumberland Woods Conference Center.
